Student Body
At Victus Academy, the student body consists of a diverse group of male and female hockey players, from the enthusiastic Grades 5s and 6s this year to the leadership group of Grades 11s and 12s. The students are not only from the KW Region, but some come in from Guelph, Brantford, Woodstock, and as far as Stratford, Burlington, Dorchester, and Milton!
Victus Academy is also host to a number of international students every year in all age groups, from countries such as Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom. We assist international students with a place to play hockey and can assist with finding living arrangements if required.
As part of their daily schedule, students enjoy an hour of on-ice instruction, 70 minutes in the strength and conditioning facility, which includes a RapidShot shooting system, and 4 academic classes. Although we have high-level instructors and educators assisting our students on the ice, in the gym, and in the classrooms, our students thrive by helping and motivating each other to get better.
At lunch and at break, students can relax on comfortable couches and enjoy activities such as RapidShot shooting, ping-pong, and other games in the gym.
