Declan attended Victus Academy for his Grade 10 year from 2020-2021, during which time he was drafted to the Niagara IceDogs in the 2nd Round (#39 overall). From there he immediately made the jump to the OHL with the IceDogs at the start of the 2021-2022 season, where he is currently playing.
