OHL Draft: Victus Student-Athletes Drafted in the 2nd and 14th Round
2 Grade 10 student-athletes were drafted into the Ontario Hockey League this past weekend. Parker Smith and Michael Pope both came to our school in Grade 7 and played this past season for the Waterloo Wolves U16 AAA team.
Parker was drafted in the 2nd Round, 38 overall to the Sudbury Wolves and Michael was drafted in the 14th Round, 283 overall to the London Knights.
Josh Brown, from the Waterloo Region Record, wrote an article featuring Parker as the highest draft pick in the Waterloo Region.
